01. Cat Sitting

Let’s face it. Cats are better off being taken care of in their own home. They feel safe and are able to go about their daily routine without feeling out of place. In addition to feeding them and giving them fresh water, the kitty litter will be kept clean and any other kitty mishaps will be kept in check. And most importantly, your kitty will be given cuddles and care while you’re away.

 

Cat sitting services include:

• Feeding and providing fresh water

• Kitty litter cleaning

• Tidying up any kitty messes

• Spending time with the cats and giving them cuddles

• Administration of medicine (if applicable)

02. Dog/House Sitting

Dogs are a horse of a different color. They want to be around people and get anxious if they are alone for too long. We can provide a house sitter that will also take care of all your dog’s needs: feeding, walking and companionship. And being dog lovers, we love every minute of it.

 

Dog/House Sitting services include:

• Dog walks

• Tidying up any doggy messes

• Spending time with the dog and giving them cuddles

03. Dog Sitting at sitter ´s residence

 

We can also take in your pup to a sitter’s residence if house sitting is not part of your plan. Your beloved doggie will get to sleepover with the sitter for as many days as you need and will feel the warmth of being part of a family.

• Tidying up any doggy messes

• Quality family time and cuddle time

• Administration of medicine (if applicable)

04. Other Pet sitting

 

Although we love our furry friends, being animal lovers we will meticulously take care of hamsters, guinea pigs, snakes, etc. at your residence or ours.  Whether it be part of a house sitting plan or just taking care of your pet, we will make sure your pet’s needs are attended to.

05. House Sitting

 

Your safety, security, and happiness are at the heart of Lu House & Pet Sitting.

What is house sitting?

House-sitting is a service where a homeowner entrusts their property, possessions and pets, for a period of time, to a house sitter.

 

By mutual agreement the sitters get to live with no accommodation charges in exchange for house sitting responsibilities. Or sitters will be paid a fee for overseeing the property in  the owner’s absence.

House sitting services include:

• Taking care of pets (obviously ; )

• Looking after the home and keeping it clean and tidy

• Organizing occasional maintenance in the event of something going wrong

• House sitter presence in an otherwise empty house deters intruders from entering your home, even squatters!

• Generally making sure that everything runs smoothly, just as if the owner was at home.

06. Housekeeping

 

However, we are happy to keep away the dust bunnies and even stock your refrigerator so that when you return from your travels, you needn’t worry about mopping the floors or running to the grocery store.

• Light housekeeping

• Restocking refrigerator and cupboards

• Special requests are welcome!
